Le Trans-Atlantic Free Trade Agreement (TAFTA) (ou Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership, TTIP) devrait intégrer un chapitre lié à la propriété intellectuelle. Ce type d’inclusion est fréquent dans pareil accord de libre-échange, mais le poids du passé fait craindre aux organisations citoyennes un retour du traité ACTA par la petite porte.
