Bonjour à tous,

Je suis un tout récent pirate qui cherche à s'investir de façon utile et efficace.
Cela m'a amené à intégrer l'équipe Stratégie Communication (StratCom) du Parti Pirate et à bientôt être intronisé Porte Parole.

La vocation d'un parti politique étant de se faire entendre, je pense que vous aurez tous compris que ce pôle est TRES important, si ce n'est le plus important.

Afin de mettre en oeuvre tout ce qu'il y a faire en matière de Communication, nous recherchons activement des membres voulant s'investir au sein de l'équipe StratCom.

Je vous invite donc à venir à la prochaine réunion StratCom qui se déroulera le mardi 2 Septembre à 21H sur Mumble.

Le projet de l'évaluation de la directive sur le droit d’auteur et les droits voisins de 2001 est désormais public. Nous avançons rapidement vers le vote final et pouvons observer un fort lobbying à l’encontre des propositions de notre députée.
Julia Reda souhaite parler de cette expérience avec les Pirates de toute l’Europe, et aussi montrer ce qui nous attend et comment vous pouvez contribuer.

Dear Pirates,

we would like to invite you to the 2015 Pirate Parties International extraordinary online General Assembly which will be held on March 29th online on the Mumble Server starting at 10:00h CET. During this conference, the General Assembly - PPI's highest body - will decide upon

_affiliation fees,
_submitted motions,
_urgent amendments.

Everybody is welcome

Each PPI member can register up to six persons as official delegates (PPI Statutes IX.4), but all Pirates and interested persons are very welcome to join as guests.
Delegates: Please follow Rules of Procedure
According to the standing Rules of Procedure, all delegates must present written authorization from a member of their respective board unless they are designated International Coordinator or equivalent on their parties official website. Each person may represent as a delegate of no more than two parties. (PPI RoP Art.1 §4) We kindly ask the delegates to present such accreditation and a proof of identity well in advance, in order to speed up the conference proceeding as well as an alternative way of communication for urgent matters (a mobile phone number will do it). The proof of identity should contain the user name that is registered with the mumble server as certain user rights might be given to delegates throughout the online General Section. We urgently suggest that any communication regarding the accreditation of delegates should be digitally (PGP or S/MIME) signed.

Motions do not have a deadline and can be sent in at any time and can be found here: Post them according to the instruction on http://wiki.pp-international.net/Online_GA_2015 and send them to board@pp-international.net
Any proposed statutes amendments will be discussed and dealt with at the General Assembly in Warsaw on July 04/05th.
